Tasting notes: Hazelnut, Cherry

It's a thrill to be working with Walter Fernandez for the fifth year in a row ! Since he inherited the farm La Esperanza from his parents, Walter has been working with his wife Carolina to improve the quality of their coffee and make the farm prosper. That's why, for the recent season, they were able to build two solar dryers to increase their coffee drying capacity and eliminate the risk of damage from rain when drying coffee in the open air.

Walter is willing to improve his drying process and we're commited to renew our relationship for the years to come and to increase our buying volumes to follow Walter's growth. 

Sometimes, it makes us feel wholesome to be in the coffee business.
