HERLIN EDGARDO

HERLIN EDGARDO
HERLIN EDGARDO

Herlin's coffee is the third release from our sourcing trip in Honduras. Its is full of cocoa nibs and orange flavours. This 3 bag lot is the first time Herlin is selling to a specialty roaster. We could not be more proud To be the buyer. His farm produces about 11 bags total of which 8 are commercial grade. By buying these 3 bags at a higher price because of the quality, it almost doubled Herlin's yearly income.

In April of 2014 he sold his small house and bought what was then 1 hectare of abandoned old farm. He very much takes pride in the hard work he invested to clean, replant and renew his farm. Herlin now lives with his wife Keni Danibel and their 2-year-old son Wenson Gabriel in the local town Peña Blanca just below their farm.
