Tasting notes : Cashew Nut, Dried Fruits, Cane Sugar
This small release comes from Neide Peixoto's farm, Sition Santo Antonio. Neide is an amazing person and the quality of her coffee won us over from the first cup. We love it as an espresso; bridging the gap between classical balance and progressive flavors, this coffee is nothing short of amazing.
Neide’s farm is located in the region of Campo das Vertentes in the state of Minas Gerais. Neide is the leader of her small family’s farm. She invests in her training and enters local competitions. She always seeks knowledge to improve her farming and processing skills constantly. Furthermore, she recently became a member of the International Women’s Coffee Alliance, which encourages and recognizes the participation of women in all aspects of the coffee industry.
