We know Luz via Valentina Duque and her enterprise Siruma. Valentina works with Luz on parts of commercialization, processing methods on the farm and quality control. Luz on her end works a very small coffee crop no bigger than 0.5 hectares. She cultivates castillo, colombia and caturra varietals. This micro lot boasts a natural process. It’s a superb effort by two exceptional women who inspire us, and in our eyes, this is the perfect opportunity to usher in the new year in the best possible way.

Only two 70kg bags of this coffee were produced. We are very excited to present you this exclusive coffee! It blows us away with its powerful flavour notes of florals, citrus, and an overall sweet character. In order for you to drink the perfect cup, we are controlling the age of the roasted coffee.
