- Leadership role and scheduling of our team of baristas.

- Maintains and promotes a positive atmosphere for staff and customers alike.

- Management and planning of inventory, waste, orders and orders updates with suppliers.

- Ensure and maintain a high level of hospitality and product following the brand’s expectations.

- Training and support of current and new employees.

- Ensures norms and labor requirements are followed.
