Rep relationships – offices

About the role :

We’re currently looking for a rep to maintain our relationships with our corporate customers (businesses, offices). The purpose of this role is to maximize customer satisfaction. In practice, you will do visits and follow ups to ensure that our customers’ coffee solutions work seamlessly. Moreover, this position is key towards developing and tuning our solutions on the sites of our corporate clients.

About us : At Structure Roasters, the objective is to make coffee better at home and at work. We achieve this mainly by offering quality coffees. But beyond the products we offer, it is our team and our vision of hospitality that makes our brand.

This position is part of our roastery team. You will be based out of our production facility and on the road while visiting our clients in the Montreal area. Some of the tasks can be done remotely.

Tasks and responsibilities :

  • Be the primary contact for our office customers : answering questions, solve problems & listening to requests and feedback in order to adapt their solution and maximize their satisfaction.
  • Onboarding new accounts : coordinate the onboarding, ensure a clear communication with new accounts, revise and adapt the solution to achieve the right fit.
  • Scheduled visits : at the clients locations to provide light maintenance, calibrations and surveying inventory.
  • Orders management : adjust the customer’s orders within our management platforms.
  • Suppliers management : place orders with our suppliers and follow up to ensure proper inventory management and invoicing.
  • Bring customers feedback into our processes of continuous improvement.
  • Help in production tasks when needed : order preparation and other production tasks.

Conditions :

  • Monday to Friday,  9 to 16h (35h).
  • Starting salary 48 000$ annual.
  • Time off and holidays flexible (10 days basis).

What we’re looking for in a candidate :

  • A talent in building relationships.
  • Organized and autonomous in their work and time.
  • Specialty coffee experience an asset.
  • Ability to coordinate in a teamwork context.
  • Sales or support experience an asset.
  • Familiarity with office and/or CRM platforms.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Valid work permit.
