After you reach out, we’ll schedule a short intro call to understand your team, space, and current setup. From there, we typically organize an on-site tasting and follow up with a tailored proposal for your office.

2. Do you work with small offices or only large companies?

We work with teams of all sizes — from growing offices of 15–20 people to large, multi-site organizations. Every setup is designed based on your actual usage, not a predefined package.

3. Do you provide machines, coffee, and maintenance?

Yes — we handle everything. That includes selecting the right machines, supplying freshly roasted coffee, and providing ongoing service and maintenance so your team has a consistent experience every day.

4. How long does it take to get set up?

It depends on your needs, but most offices are up and running within a few weeks. After the initial call and tasting, we move quickly to installation and ongoing service.

5. Do you offer custom solutions or fixed packages?

All of our solutions are customized. We don’t sell pre-built packages — we design your coffee setup based on your team size, preferences, and daily usage.
