That's great! Our production roaster Marielle likes her lattes and cappuccinos with a groovier flavour profile. Her favorites are the Aleta Wendo and the Fondation: the Aleta has a nice fruity character whereas the Fondation is reminiscent of dulce de leche when blended with milk.
