You like your drip with character and clarity.
When it comes to drip coffee, Mathieu, who manages the coffee shop, has been of the same fabric for years now. His current favorites are the Luis and the Iyula Coop. The Luis is a superb coffee with a novel processing method, and The Iyula shines with its flavour and clarity. We recommend you give them a try!

IRINEO RAMIREZ
Tasting notes : Cashew nuts - Milk chocolate
Irineo’s story is rather dramatic. Himself and his community have been overcoming hurdles and challenges for many years now. A major part of solving their problems is access and traceability to consumers. As for us, a major part of what we strive for is traceability and accessing small producers’ coffees. Therefore, this is an opportunity for us and a delicious one at that.

FACUNDO MALDONADO
Tasting notes : Candied Orange - Raisins.
Facundo is one of the few farmers still growing “old” varietals in Honduras. Bourbon and Catuai have been devastated during the Roya epidemic and most farmers replanted with rust resistant varieties. Yet, Facundo’s coffee shows the niceness of those classic varietals with candied orange and raisins notes.
